All students undergoing this training must submit an industrial training report. The report must contain all types of tasks and activities carried out during the training period. Two copies of report are required, one copy for the Faculty and another copy for the organisation where student accomplished their training. Students are also required to produced a softcopy in CD format. The students are advise to discuss the report contents with their supervisors at the training organisation before begin the report writing. The report must reach the faculty no later than a week after the last date of the training program. All reports must be certified by the industrial supervisors.
The technical report must be submitted to the faculty no later than one week after the completion date of the training. Reports must be sent to:-
