Di bawah adalah perincian hasil inovasi tersebut :
A research team product called Geo-Cast or Cement Free Concrete.
The product features of Geo-Cast is that its can produces a high strength & high durability performance of Pre-Cast Concrete without cement. The best thing about Geo-Cast is using 100% waste materials as a binder in concrete such as Slag, Fly Ash or other waste materials, that why we called it Cement Free Concrete to reduce CO2 emission & pollution into the environment. At the same time we used spent garnet from industrial waste as sand replacement to reduce depletion of natural resources.
We had collaboration with Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHE) at Pasir Gudang Johor that can supply the spent garnet materials continously. On top of that we had another collaborator called Perunding Teknik Padu Sdn Bhd that can create the job to our community. So we solved industrial problems such as landfill & pollution and create the job to the precast construction industry at a minimal cost. Our product is already patented. We have 2 IP’s files & ready for commercialisation
