
With reference to the Course Registration Work Schedule previously shared, the Course Registration for Semester II, Session 2025/2026 for Full-Time Undergraduate Programmes will be conducted within the following period:

Student Application: 5 – 16 January 2026

Academic Advisor Review: 5 – 23 January 2026
In this regard, please find the attached poster and the following important additional information for your attention:
1) Approval Process [ NEW UPDATE ]

As implemented during the Short Semester Course Registration for Session 2024/2025, all student course registrations will be APPROVED automatically once the student clicks the “SUBMIT” button.

Academic Advisors (AA) are still required to REVIEW the registrations, as responsibility for students’ course registration remains under the Academic Advisor.

If any amendments are required, the Academic Advisor must click the “DISAPPROVE” button, allowing the student to resubmit the registration within the registration period.

If no action is taken by the Academic Advisor, the registration will remain with the status APPROVED.
2) Course Registration Schedule by Year of Study

Similar to the Semester II Course Registration for Session 2024/2025, course registration will be conducted according to designated registration days by year of study to ensure a smooth registration process (please refer to the poster for details).

The alignment of semester and year of study based on credit transfer totals for new students admitted in Semester I, Session 2025/2026 has been completed. Therefore, students are required to register according to their current year of study after the alignment.
