Proses Permohonan Pelajar Antarabangsa untuk Lawatan ke FKA

Sekiranya pihak YBhg. Prof./Dr./Tuan/Puan menerima sebarang pertanyaan atau permohonan daripada pelajar antarabangsa yang berhasrat untuk datang dan berada di Fakulti Kejuruteraan Awam (FKA) bagi tempoh melebihi 2 minggu , sama ada untuk menjalankan kajian atau mengikuti program akademik, mohon ambil perhatian akan prosedur berikut:

Permohonan Rasmi: Sila minta pelajar tersebut untuk mengisi permohonan secara rasmi melalui sistem yang telah disediakan oleh pihak UTM International di pautan berikut:
https://international.utm.my/research-internship/

Nama Penyelia: Mohon maklumkan kepada calon pelajar tersebut untuk menulis dengan jelas nama penyelia di FKA yang telah mereka hubungi di dalam permohonan tersebut.

Sekiranya terdapat sebarang pertanyaan lanjut atau memerlukan penjelasan mengenai perkara ini, pihak YBhg. Prof./Dr./Tuan/Puan boleh berhubung terus dengan pihak Jawatankuasa EGE FKA (JK EGE FKA).

International Student Applications for Short Visits (More than 2 Weeks) to FKA

Dear Prof. / Assoc. Prof. / Dr. / Sir / Madam,

The above matter refers.

If you receive any inquiries or applications from international students wishing to come and stay at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (FKA) for a period of more than 2 weeks , whether to conduct research or participate in an academic program, please be guided by the following procedure:

Official Application: Kindly request the student to complete their official application via the system provided by UTM International at the following link:
https://international.utm.my/research-internship/ .

Supervisor’s Name: Please remind the prospective student to clearly state the name of the FKA supervisor they have contacted in their application.
