Prof. Dr. Ramesh Teegavarapu is a professor at Florida Atlantic University and the founder of the Hydrosystems Research Laboratory (HRL). A former Fulbright Scholar, he specializes in climate variability, hydrometeorology, and water systems modeling. He is ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide.
