Please check the calendar below to ensure your proposed date and time do not overlap with existing appointments.

2. Check Date Availability
–   If available (no clash): You may proceed directly with the online booking form.
–   If there is a clash: Please contact the FKA IT Unit first for further advice before submitting a form.

3. Submit the Booking Form
