CETU

INTRODUCTION

Civil Engineering Testing Unit (CETU) under the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, Johor was established in June 1998. This unit serves as a centre in conducting tests in accordance to the requirements stated in the working instruction compliance to MS ISO/IEC 17025: 2017. Services offered by CETU include project consultancy, forensic engineering investigation and testing of construction materials. Tests are carried out at two divisional laboratories namely Structures & Materials Laboratory and Geotechnics Laboratory. CETU has a strong policy to produce test report within the stipulated time frame.
