Satisfaction Index
(CSI)
This survey aims to measure the needs and opinions of customers regarding faculty services. It also includes suggestions for improving the quality and effectiveness of the service delivery system to customers.
This survey is conducted twice a year to ensure customer feedback remains up-to-date and relevant. Phase 1 takes place from January to June, while Phase 2 runs from July to December. Through these regular evaluations, the faculty can continuously assess customer needs and enhance the quality and effectiveness of service delivery.
