CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received in writing 30 days prior to the conference are eligible for a refund, subjected to 15% cancellation fees. Cancellation received less than 30 days from the date of the conference are not eligible for refund. Substitute attendees are however welcomed. Please note that the speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of printing. However, circumstances beyond control of organizers may cause substitutions or cancellations of speakers and/or topics. As such, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia reserves the right to substitute or cancel the advertised speakers and/or topics.

Publication
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers in English following the guidelines posted on the conference website. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed (check review process in the conference website) and carefully evaluated based on originality and clarity of exposition. Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference. The papers that are accepted and presented at the conference will be published in SCOPUS indexed international academic proceedings*.
*Subject to the SCOPUS conference proceeding requirements and final decision from editor. The editor may request further revision or declined your revised version if all of the reviewers comments have not been adequately addressed.
