About the seminar
The seminar is aimed principally at engineers who wish to gain good understanding of civil engineering construction. The objective of this seminar is to share knowledge and experiences by civil engineers who have been practicing for 30 years. About 20 technical papers are compiled into a valuable compendium of references for engineers when encountering problems in construction and design. The topics covered a wide scope of civil engineering fields include structures, geo-technic, hydrology, environmental, transportation, construction management and planning, etc.

Civil engineers, consultants, contractors, fabricators, managers, academicians and graduating students are invited to join the seminar.
